Roof Repairs
Our comprehensive roof repair service addresses leaks, shingle damage, and structural issues for residential and commercial properties. We specialize in emergency leak containment and permanent repairs using industry-standard materials. With 31 years of experience, we identify root causes rather than treating symptoms, ensuring long-lasting solutions that protect buildings across the GTA.
Animal Damage Repair
We repair and prevent animal-related damage from raccoons, squirrels, and other wildlife. Our service includes entry point sealing, attic restoration, and preventative measures to protect roofs from future infestations. The process combines structural repairs with exclusion techniques to maintain property integrity while respecting animal welfare considerations.
Gutter Guards
Our gutter guard installation prevents debris buildup while maintaining proper water drainage. The service includes eavestrough cleaning and resloping to optimize water flow. We use durable materials that withstand Toronto's seasonal weather changes, reducing maintenance needs and preventing water damage to building foundations.
Chimney Repairs
We specialize in chimney flashing repairs and cement work to prevent water infiltration. Our technicians address cracks, deteriorated seals, and structural weaknesses using weather-resistant materials. The service extends chimney lifespan while maintaining building code compliance, with same-day emergency options for urgent leak situations.
Flat Roof Resloping
Our flat roof resloping service corrects improper drainage that causes water pooling. We re-engineer roof angles to direct water toward drains while maintaining structural integrity. The process prevents premature roof degradation and is often combined with waterproofing treatments to enhance longevity in commercial properties.
