Services
Shingle Installation
We supply and install premium fiberglass shingles including both traditional three-tab and architectural designer styles. Our Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status ensures access to top-tier materials with enhanced durability. Each installation follows strict industry standards for proper ventilation and weatherproofing, with expert guidance to help homeowners select optimal products based on climate conditions and budget requirements.
Flat Roofing
Specializing in modified bitumen flat roofing systems featuring torch-welded seams and ceramic granule top coats. Our installations provide superior UV protection and weather resistance while maintaining lightweight construction benefits. The multi-layered rubberized asphalt formulation creates a seamless seal that outperforms traditional tar and gravel systems with easier maintenance and longer service life.
Chimney Restoration
Comprehensive chimney services including tuckpointing, structural repairs, and complete rebuilds. We address moisture damage from gas/oil fumes using proper clay or metal liners, and replace deteriorated concrete caps to prevent freeze-thaw damage. Our team safely removes and rebuilds chimneys to roof level when necessary, installing animal screens and proper flashing to ensure long-term functionality and safety compliance.
Roof Ventilation
Custom-designed ventilation solutions to extend roof lifespan by preventing moisture buildup and heat retention. We install ridge vents, turbine vents, and soffit ventilation systems that work together to maintain proper airflow under roof decks. Our experts calculate optimal ventilation ratios based on attic size and roof configuration to prevent premature material failure while improving energy efficiency through better temperature regulation.
Emergency Repairs
24/7 emergency response for urgent roof damage situations including storm-related issues and active leaks. Our technicians provide temporary tarping solutions while assessing permanent repair options, with priority service for commercial properties. We handle everything from minor patchwork to complete system restoration, using diagnostic tools to identify hidden structural concerns and prevent recurring problems through comprehensive repair strategies.

I don't know how you could do better than Canadian Roofing Company. These guys are absolutely amazing from their customer service to the quality of their work to their integrity. I had a leak in my roof during the big snow storm of Jan 2021 and ice had built up on the roof such that water was leaking in at a pretty quick pace. I called Jason at Canadian Roofing and he was a true delight to talk to - friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help me out right away. He was able to walk me through the process and even tell me the likely cost within minutes. Then, within a couple of hours his

Your driver in his 20s with a pony tail nearly hit me exiting the McDonalds on October 1 around 10AM. He was steam rolling out of the McDonalds parking lot eating his disgusting sandwhich not looking around him and thankfully I saw him and stopped in time before he ran over me or the group of toddlers walking behind me. GET HIM OFF THE ROAD.

Positive:Professionalism
Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure my roof was watertight. Despite the challenges associated with a new build home and delinquent builders, they made sure that everything was done well above code in the end. I can never thank them enough and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at roofing repairs.

I have tried to schedule a roof inspection with them for months, and I experienced no-shows multiple times. In my last attempt, the inspector (Jason) was supposed to come at 9AM on a Saturday. I received a call from his brother at 10AM saying they had to reschedule because they are busy with other projects! We rescheduled to Monday, I took the day off to ensure I'm home when he comes, and it was another no-show without any notice. This was over a week ago, and I didn't even get a call/text. I'm in search of a better roofing company in the area now.
