DO NOT RECOMMEND also not licensed to repair Frigidaire (confirmed by Frigidaire) and did not disclose that. Oct 2021 review. The technician came out for 15 minutes total, started work and then told us the cost and that no warranty of any sort was included after completing the work. The "repair" did not even last one hour before my fridge indicated high temp and that cold air was no longer being produced. I was charged over $280 by this company, when the repair failed we tried calling and left messages. The company did not return messages or pick up the phone, and their "repair

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They don't return phone calls, they only uninstall/reinstall your appliances to a certain point then tell you , you have to call in some one else to finish the job ???????? NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Called to get replacement part prices on fridge and stove damages. The guy immediately said they don't do that...I said "you don't replace parts?", he says "well...yes..."....... I phoned this company when my LG washing machine was not completing the spin cycle. The visit plus new pump was almost $350. Unfortunately, the repair person was only guessing what the problem was and the problem was not fixed. I did what I should have done in the first place, and what this company should have advised me to do, and called LG and arranged for one of their techs to come out. It takes a few days to organize but the result is someone who comes out and analyses the problem and then makes the repair. Had called this company to fix my lower wall oven. I wasn't super pleased at the communication, he was very curt (bordering on rude) and would ask me to call/text him back repeatedly. Anyway they were the only ones in the city who could fix LG appliances so I was stuck. He came and fixed my oven and replaced the part that was broken after ordering it in. This was last year February 2016. Then last week the same oven broke in the exact same way. We called City Appliance after looking at multiple reviews online to come and fix our washing machine which was not filling with water. The man who came was on time and nice enough. After replacing our hoses, he said he was done and left. The visit was nothing out of the ordinary. After using our washing machine (which is on the second floor) a handful of times, we noticed water spots on our ceiling below the washing machine and down the wall. When we pulled the washing machine out, we found water underneath it and noted the only leak was water coming from the hose where it attached to the machine
