Were ARIDO, the professional body for interior designers in Ontario. Interior design is about more than aesthetics. It's about finding creative design solutions for interior environments while supporting the health, safety, and the well-being of the people who use those spaces. ARIDO is delighted to be able to host a virtual award ceremony for the 2021 Awards Gala and debut the refreshed Awards program to the membership and industry.

Moving the Awards Gala date will provide space for members and the wider design community to engage individually in recognition, reflection, and service to act on the Calls to Action listed in the report from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. You can apply for ARIDO Student Membership and receive membership benefits from ARIDO throughout your studies.

Membership is free for students! The ARIDO Board of Management and staff are here monitoring the current events to keep you updated. ARIDO has published regular updates on the situation on essential services, building departments, and more.

The act was amended by the passing of Bill Pr6 in 1999 to grant Registered Members who meet ARIDO standards exclusive use of the title Interior Designer in Ontario.
