This midtown condominium residence features a complete redesign of a 1970's unit. Downsizing from a larger home, the client purchased this pied terre for its convenience to both the city core and it's proximity to their previous neighbourhood, . DCA Design was hired to improve the design of the unit, and to provide the client with a sense of space, luxury, and function.
Country House
Report
Located within distance of a large urban centre this sophisticated country house features the complete renovation of an early 20th century stone farmhouse. Working with architect John Robert Carley, DCA Design was hired by the client to create a contemporary home that respected the architectural heritage of the original building.
