I dont live in Vancouver so I had no idea what Pioneer Plumbing would be like. They sent me Joe who was wonderful. He called me 15 minutes before our 8 am appointment and showed up on time. He removed an old food waste disposal and fixed up a leaky toilet. Joe was professional quick and very pleasant. I am so happy I took the chance on Pioneer Plumbing. Will definitely recommend him!

Excellent service, as always with Pioneer Plumbing. They are well known in Yaletown as a reliable plumber, ever since Abe was leading the show. On time, fast service, reasonable priced, pleasant to deal with. And when you call - a real person answers the call ! Strongly recommended !

I would recommend Pioneer to everyone and anyone. I called, desperate, with a flooding laundry room. They returned my text that evening, we agreed on a time one day hence. I was delighted ot receive a call from Ashley advising me she would be arriving within 30 minutes. She was professional, efficient, took great safety measures, yet it felt like a friend had arrived to effect the repair. Great service all around, I was delighted!
