We've had Andrew (from Royal Heating in British Columbia, Canada) come out 3 times now over several years. The first two calls were for our furnace. The first time, during a cold snap in January he came over right away at 10 pm at night. He was very honest with us and let us know our options with our aging furnace and we elected to replace a part rather than getting one of the new high efficiency furnaces. Our furnace was back up and running that evening. We didn't have to call him back for our furnace for another 3 winters, and again our furnace has survived and we hope to squeak

I am very surprised to read these other reviews, as I thought the service was amazing (Andrew was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind).
Andrew came and fixed our boiler the same day we called, and I cannot thank him enough as we had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. I would definitely recommend Royal Heating to anyone. Thanks again Andrew!
