Hi - For the second time this year I had a problem with mice in Deer Run. A gentleman came in July and he was in and out in 10 minutes flat putting in 5 pest stations. Today, a very nice East Indian lady, "Aman". came to my rescue and went the extra mile, blocking all possible entrances to my ground floor apartment with copper mesh wire as well as putting poison stations in all possible locations. She was very nice and assured me no mice would visit. So, if you want it done right, get this lady, and sleep better knowing she did it right! Cal-Rid was contracted by our landlord to spray our unit as a precaution because our upstairs neighbors had bed bugs. We were asked to be away from the unit for 4-6 hours, so we left in the morning and came back at dinner time. They knocked over our son's shelf, leaving his stuffed animals, books, and clothes laying in pesticide all day. The books would have made quite the noise when they were knocked over, and any reasonable person would have picked them up. Even if they didn't put them back on the shelf, away from the spray would have been a kindness.

John did a great job dealing with our wasp nest. He was friendly, professional, punctual and efficient. Our initial call in for the service was also very friendly and professional. I called around 11:30 and they were over by 2pm the same day! Highly recommend!

We were so happy that we called CAL-RID! They attended very quickly. The service tech treated us so well. Mike had answers for everything we wondered about and put our concerns at ease. Being treated honestly and not being asked to spend additional money because of our fears alone made this experience exceptional. The technician was friendly and very professional. He got right to his job and didn't bother us. We had three underground wasp nests on our property and he effectively got rid of them. The nests were keeping us in our house but since he came we've not seen a single wasp. Super happy with the service and it was a a good price compared to others we contacted.

Poor communication skills. They give you a time frame between 48 and 72 hours, and won't even have the technician provide a courtesy call prior to arriving. So have fun waiting around for days for them to arrive. Perhaps you could look into having a shorter wating period of say 2-4 hours like most companies. You should also look into automatically doing courtesy calls. I have a wasp nest under my front door and I only have one entrance/access area. If you're going to be coming and aggravating wasps I'd sure like to know when this is happening.
