Thunderbird is amazing! We have gone through at least a half a dozen plumbers over the past 20 years in Victoria and have now found our permanent plumber. Knowledgable, professional, very fair pricing, I would highly recommend Thunderbird (and I already have to our neighbours).

This is the second time I have used Thunderbird. Very professional, punctual, quick response time. First time to install new water heater, and today to deal with a leak from a bathtub which caused damage to my down stairs neighbours ceiling. Very quick to come out and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and repaired. Highly recommend.

Really appreciated the quick response and replacement of the old water heater tank. The Temperature and Pressure valve seems to have failed on the new tank and I booked an appointment when convenient for me. Justin provided good feedback and changed the T&P valve and I hope that this will be it.
