Though I hope to never need a perimeter drain replacement again, if I do I will be calling Richard, Jenny and their crew to do the work. I purchased an older home and learned the original tiles were in need of replacement. Richard and Jenny took me through the entire process and 'held my hand' so I felt comfortable with and understood the work that was going on. There were some unforseen (and external) issues that ended up extending the job beyond the original timeframe but the year old quote came in on budget. Island Perimeter Drains knows their stuff. They are calm, professional, friendly

Contacted Richard's drains and made an appointment for inspection - no show and no call. Called the business (answering service) again and call not returned. Bad day all around for everyone I guess.

I don't normally write reviews, but Richard, Jenny and their team are exceptional and worthy of this review. They are professional, knowledgeable and fair. They worked with us to replace our old, collapsing concrete drain pipes. Having just moved into our new home, we did not have perimeter drains in the budget. Richard and Jenny went out of their way to ensure we had the system we needed by guiding us to do some of the work ourselves. They are reliable, and understand what it means to be part of a community. We give them the highest recommendation.

Richard, his wife and team were very professional, hard working and showed up on time. They completed replacing my drain tiles and installed a new sewer line in a timely manner. He was approachable, easy to talk with and his quote was very fair! Id highly recommend his company.
