Found Prologic via Google Reviews a few years ago and have never been disappointed. Keith is always fast to respond when our older model furnace goes down. Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. This time it was our airco and he was here in under and hour and had it humming in no time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROLOGIC COMFORT SOLUTIONS! We had a gas leak in our house (scary), Keith was not only professional, but came that afternoon! Busy guy, but made time for us. VERY reasonable price too. Took his time, explained everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Will definitely use them again!
Within a few hours the house had dropped to 16 celsius. Called Keith @6am the next morning and he came by within the hour. He showed me the (huge) cracks in the plenum and demonstrated how the furnace was unsafe. We discussed the problems with the old furnace selection/installation and Keith reviewed options to correct the issues.
