My parents who are older had a bad experience. They chose a flooring and had the wrong color installed. A staff member made the error but apparently it was my parents to blame for not knowing the flooring number. What ever happened to resolving and admitting to the mistake. Instead my parents were blamed for the error and had to pay extra. The staff member was back from maternity leave and made a mistake. I would not recommend this company. We wre accused that the error was our fault.

We were recommended to AC flooring by our daughter who had a total basement renovation. Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful. The flooring she helped pick was perfect! Furthermore, the installers were very professional and efficient when installing the carpet and vinal on 3 flights of stairs and 3 bedrooms. Amazing job!!! Very happy and would not hesitate recommending AC Flooring!

We purchased new carpet for our basement reno from AC Flooring and had it installed. Amazing experience from start to finish. From the employees in the show room to the install and everything in between. There is not a single part of the whole process that I can think of that could have gone better. Nothing at all that I could possibly of for constructive criticism. Keep up the great work AC Flooring!
