We could not be happier with our Local Flooring Group experience! We recently did a kitchen/main floor reno and purchased our flooring and kitchen backsplash from Local Flooring Group. The entire team was so easy to work with and went above and beyond in every way. From letting us take samples home for as long as we needed to providing expert advice on installation (we were first time DIYers). I recently had Local Flooring Group replace all of the flooring in my 955 sq ft condo. When Todd came to take the measurements he was very thorough and made me aware of all the potential problem areas he noticed. He was very open and honest about what may or may not work and any additional costs I may be looking at, such as leveling the subfloor. Kaitie and Greg did the removal of my old flooring and installation of the new flooring and they did a phenomenal job! Just installed flooring with great results that was possible from our first experience in purchasing the flooring from LFG. Terrific assistance and service from Lisa and Todd in particular. Both responded to questions, concerns and the assurance of the quality of the planking (Boden ie eco friendly flooring and adhesive) purchased and that we could install it ourselves. Looking forward to their assistance in our future home renovation plans!

Jenni was helpful and very responsive, which was very welcome after not having much luck shopping at other places. Todd came and measured our home to ensure we got the right amount of flooring and imparted some great tips for my DIY install. The selection was great and the prices were very competitive.
