Since I was new to reno's I researched all the options... big companies, Facebook contractors and mom and pop businesses. Grand Design Floors was hands down the best company to work with, most transparent on price, scope of work and accountability. Every call was picked up, every questions was answered. I have referred Darren to a few clients after they installed carpet in my rental property. Their prices were fair and a quick turn around to install. I was not only happy with the section of product but the knowledge of the product, I need a low maintenance carpet and Darren pointed me in the right direction.
