We recently got carpet installed in our master bedroom. The entire experience was excellent. Layla maintained prompt communication throughout the entire process, worked with us to customize the scope of our job, and remained flexible despite us asking to reschedule our install date twice due to family in town. The job itself was done very well, and our installer - Gideon - took the time to address some issues with our subfloor before completing his work. In summary, great customer service and I would recommend anyone consider Floor Trendz for their flooring project.

Floor Trendz installed a checked design linoleum kitchen floor for us in December. It took a while for the colours we wanted to come in, and they were transparent and on time with the installation. It took little longer than they had originally estimated because there are curved walls that required a lot of fiddling cuts, but they held to the original estimate. We are thrilled with the work.

Very Pleased and Happy with Floor Trendz from start to finish! Our new carpet looks amazing. The guys worked hard to get it done in a day and we've now had it installed for over 3 months and it still looks like it was installed yesterday. I shopped around alot and did my homework so I'd vouch for these guys if your doing the same. Look no further! Hire them and get it done! You won't regret it!! Thanks Floor Trendz and a thank you to Layla for her excellent support and communication setting it up.

I had the original hardwood floors in my old bungalow refinished by Floortrendz. The result was absolutely beautiful - even better than I expected! Very knowledgeable and professional service from all the people I dealt with. Highly recommended and I will certainly use them again.

Dealt with Layla to select flooring for our renovation project. She was great to deal with and after visiting several other flooring stores in the city, this was by far the smoothest, friendliest experience. Already discussing our needs with her for our next project! Highly recommend!

Cal and the team at Floor Trendz made our Christmas. We NEEDED carpet for the holidays. With small kids we needed to create more space for playing without everyone huddled onto area rugs in the basement, fighting for their corner of semi comfort. Within 3 days they had replaced all the carpet in our house and installed all new carpet into the concrete basement. The higher end carpet mixed with the memory foam underlay (Healthy Choice I think it was called) is so cushy that watching the kids run and play was worth it. Thanks again.
