My floors went from this to this! These guy's are excellent! Really friendly, and helpful staff and installer's. The day of my installation there was a small mix-up, but it happens....they made it right and took care of me! New carpet is next! I know who I'm gonna call! Thanks express flooring!

We recently had flooring installed through Express Flooring and have been thrilled with the result. Teresa, on the Sales side, was a pleasure to deal with and the installation by Jasons team, particularly Josh, was excellent and totally met our expectations. Express Flooring also came to our rescue on a separate flooring issue - we were so impressed with their willingness to help, despite the fact that another company was originally involved.

We purchased some flooring for a room reno with the help of Melissa and Dustin. They were a pleasure to deal with and Melissa took the time to go through all the flooring types to make sure we were getting exactly the product we needed to fit our budget. They even gave us a quick demonstration on how to install it with some tips which really helped. Were really satisfied with both the customer service and product.
