When the store is empty except for one customer, you shouldnt pointedly, deliberately ignore her. We old folks have lots of money and dont spend it in places that dont provide service. If you cant be bothered with me, I cant be bothered with you!

Just had some beautiful carpets installed. Amazing installation team who were incredibly hard working and professional. Great service, great selection of carpets, great company. After a horrible experience 7 years ago with a terrible installation with another Burnaby company, this was so much better!
