Booked an appointment with Shine months in advance. Gave all the proper dimensions (1364 SQFT, 3 bedrooms with a large dining room area) was quoted 280$ and when they got there they told me that this was a lot larger than they were expecting and that the "fair price" was 350.00$. Pushed me into paying it and were done 45 minutes later. All in all in all not professional and put me in a bad position.

Such a good experience ! revived my couches that I had recently purchased used and now they look and smell brand new The carpets that I literally thought were garbage actually look very nice now . Happy first time customer and I will be calling them again when needed . ... As a bonus a lovely couple also .

We recently had Shine Clean our Carpets as well as do our Furnace duct cleaning. Not only was this husband wife team prompt with communication and scheduling but they did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. They also gave us tips in regards to our furnace and duct cleaning and showed us the before and after with regards to their work. Can't say enough good things about them. Also the cost was reasonable for the great job they did. Will definitely use them again.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Shine Carpet Cleaning this morning and it was a great experience! The lady I spoke to for booking the service was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to get ahold of. The man that came to do the carpet cleaning was respectful, efficient, explained things like how to speed up the drying process, etc. Carpets look great and I couldn't believe how quick it was! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking to clean their carpets!!

We relied on Google reviews before we decided to hire Shine carpet care. Unfortunately the service didn't meet our expectations. We usually do our carpets once a year as we have a pet. Our regular cleaner was not available so we opted to use a local company. Shine Carpet was available on a moment's notice and accommodated us asap. Good start on phone inquiry and responsiveness was appreciated. When they arrived on site and started work I was concerned as they were very fast. Typically our house will take 4-5 hours but they were done in 2.5! We did our carpets in May so we knew the carpets were
