Very unhappy with the service. Hired them for 2 bedrooms in our vacant apartment unit to prepare for listing/sale. After cleaning, the carpets still look much darker than where I had my computer chair mat, and stains were not taken out. They claimed “satisfaction guaranteed” on their website so we called to request they come clean again. They claimed they did their job and the darkness is from dust so we need to vacuum (which we obviously did already before they came) and they refused to come again...we vacuumed again just to test their theory, but saw no improvements. So here we are
