We got our floors installed 2 weeks ago....we noticed some imperfections amongst other things we are NOT happy about. Since Nick won't give us an answer I decided to post the pictures here. We emailed other ones to him but clearly he hasn't taken the time to see them. Still waiting for him to get back to us since LAST WEEK! There are holes in our floor and they are getting bigger each day! Who will respond for this?...we paid a lot and we expect a perfect job not a mediocre job! This is not professional.

However, please keep in mind that we made a decision to spend more based on their word. When they failed to live up to their word, they offered no compensation when asked. We were promised a premium product but received a product that was flimsy and brittle. Preverco offers samples that are of high quality but deliver a product that is of significantly lower quality. Absolutely horrible service. Was helped by a blonde female floor staff who was remarkably condescending, downright rude, and my gut feeling is also extremely racist and that is why she was snappy and holier than thou. I would avoid shopping here at all costs, I can't comment on the quality of the product because truth be told, despite our keen interest in buying, we couldn't stomach being around their sales associate long enough to make a purchase. We went to a place nearby and made a purchase in full immediately after
