When our trusty Generalaire steam humidifier had a major issue, I called Ashton after a few other companies were unresponsive. The service was top notch, they came out as quick as they could, diagnosed the problem and when we decided it made sense to install the newer model, they came back with that asap (works so well btw). Service was friendly and knowledgeable and they cleaned up nicely after they finished...highly recommend!

You could tell by the professionalism and communication that Ashton is a honest and sincere co. Their pricing is reasonable and I would say better than competitor pricing (online searches)...The best and HONEST company we have ever dealt with.
