I've been using Rodman's for close to 20 years, and have always recieved prompt, professional service from the office staff and technicians. The technicians take the time to explain the work to be done and have been very accommodating answering any questions I might have. We have purchased 2 furnaces in 2 different family homes and have been very pleased with the product performance. I regularly refer them to others. Great, local company.

We've used Rodman's for as our furnace maintance company for 18 years. They have done an excellent job of maintaining our 20+ year old furnance. We made the decision this year as parts are becoming scarce that we should replace the system before we have a problem. Called the office, Dave from sales came out the next day to make his recommendations on what would work best in our home. He did a great job explaining our choices (we went with Napolean as it's locally made). The job was scheduled for the following week and the crew was in and out in day. New furnance and AC install completed and work

Was sitting downstairs beside my furnace removing decorations from an old Christmas tree needing replaced , when on came my NEW furnace and blower. It was so quiet if a creature was stirring or even a mouse I would have heard. Santa stop here you will be warm and cozy or next summer when the new a/c will keep you cool. Thank you to Rodmans, great service, nice employees, Kirk you should be proud.

Our furnace wouldn't start and I called Rodman's because of a recommendation from a friend. The customer service provided by Debbie was excellent, the technician was pleasant, fast and efficient and we now have a furnace again to face the winter.

Learned my furnace was broken when I turned it on last week. Rodman's had someone out within a few hours. Circuit board had been damaged in a flood the month before. Rodman's found a replacement and had it installed by the next afternoon. We're very thankful for their quick and efficient work.

Kirk and his team go the extra mile to make sure any install is done correctly. From Deb in the office to the techs that come to your residence, they are all class acts all the way. From annual furnace cleaning, new gas line installs or brand new central air conditioners - all were done correctly and on time. Service prices are really reasonable when compared to the big corporations like Reliance or Enercare. Rodmans works with you if you are on a certain budget if they can. They go the extra mile. They're worth the call. Thank you for everything!
