I'm scared for the next person that comes in contact with the hot head driving van R1. Super scary experience while on my way to work, watching him totally lose his mind, flipping out and screaming over absolutely nothing. I was embarrassed for him and the company. Seems like I'm not the only person who noticed that this company employs dangerous drivers. I would be afraid to have this person anywhere near my home.

Came home to no heat, called Vortex, Ugene went above and beyond to help out even though they couldn't come out. I got another number from them and we got taken care of. thank you Vortex team you guys are great. will recommend you to everyone I know.
