We didnt have hot water in our ensuite bath/shower. Was quoted ~$230, and reassured that a flush of our Navien tankless water heater likely resolve the issue. Five hours, three parts, and $1000 later we still dont have hot water in our bathroom. Had to call another company that fixed the problem in less than an hour for $200.

Our furnace wasn't working and the house was quite cold when we called for help. Riley was fabulous in making us aware of their higher rates during the weekend, and even came to the house really quickly to assess the problem. We'll be ordering a new part on Monday, but kudos to Riley for his prompt, friendly customer service. This the second time we've used Millennium and have had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend. Thanks Brent for fixing my furnace door as well! Much appreciated.

Built a safety Program for this company. They did not pay for half and it has been two years since i built it. A company that does not honour its commitments is not worth the paper it is written on
