Dustin and Devon arrived at the allotted time and were both masked and courteous.
Dustin was able to answer all my questions and was able to make adjustments to some billing changes (my landlord and I were paying for this). We added the dryer vent cleaning for $50. Dustin has 7-8 years of experience so I felt confident that I was getting good information. I would have appreciated knowing up front that disinfection was not included but I did it as an add on. (Would not have been necessary with normal maintenance but these heat vents havent been cleaned in many years). I would recommend their

This is the first time that I've had to consider and book this kind of maintenance and I'm so glad I chose Coastal because I couldn't have received better service! While the men were here, I also asked for an inspection and cleanout of an adjacent vent. They happily obliged and noted that there was no need to clean the vent - and no extra charge! I would highly recommend and I didn't even get to use the service! They were so honest - they came out to do a duct cleaning and told me that the ducts did not need servicing, and they wouldn't feel right charging for a service that I didn't need. I will DEFINITELY reach out to them again when the ducts get dirty.

This company is an absolute dream to work with! I had never before had my ducting, and furnace cleaned before when I bought my house.. This year I found it was time and thank god I did! Devon and his work partner ( can't remember his name.. ) Came on time and were fast and efficient and notified me of everything they were doing and when they were done, Devon showed me what work they had done and the tool to do the job, and I was floored and ecstatic to see the work! Great professional service as always. Dustin and Devon did a great job, thanks Jason for being on time, and for making it work around our schedule. The guys wore masks and we felt safe!!
