Gutter Cleaning
Our comprehensive gutter cleaning removes debris, moss, and blockages while inspecting for repairs. Using fall arrest systems and specialized tools, we clear gutters up to 50 feet high, flush downspouts, and wash away unsightly streaks. Regular maintenance prevents water damage to foundations and roofs while protecting against pest infestations. Our insured technicians ensure safe, thorough cleaning with debris removal included.
Window Washing
We clean interior and exterior windows up to five stories using water-fed poles and purified solutions. Our streak-free process handles single/double panes, skylights, and solariums while protecting surrounding landscaping. Commercial and residential clients benefit from scheduled maintenance options and guaranteed satisfaction. All work follows safety protocols with biodegradable cleaning products.
Pressure Washing
Our custom-built rigs deliver precise pressure washing for driveways, patios, decks, and walkways. Technicians adjust pressure levels to protect different materials while removing grime, algae, and stains. The service enhances curb appeal and prepares properties for resale. Eco-friendly solutions ensure safety for plants and pets during the deep-cleaning process.
Roof Demossing
Specialized soft-wash techniques remove moss without damaging shingles. Our four-part biodegradable solution prevents regrowth while extending roof lifespan by 4+ years. The process includes gutter cleaning and ground debris removal. Regular maintenance recommended for Nanaimo's rainy climate protects against water infiltration and costly repairs.
Gutter Guards
We install high-quality gutter guards that reduce maintenance by 90%. Products include covers, caps, and mesh systems that prevent debris accumulation while maintaining water flow. Installation protects against clogs and water damage while preserving gutter functionality. The solution works with existing systems and comes with professional warranty.

I thought of climbing a 30 foot ladder to clean my gutters then I remembered how dramatic I am when I fall off the couch. Mr Sparkle is reliable and professional. They do great work at a reasonable rate. I attached a photo to show how clean my house is. Its been redacted for privacy, however. If you could see my house, youd know its clean.

I highly recommend Mr. Sparkle for exterior home cleaning. Jonathan and Tristan did a professional and thorough job on our roof, gutters, siding and driveway. Their cleaning techniques do a great job without harming the roofing or other materials. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job of cleanup. They even power washed some extra sidewalk at no charge that was not in the original estimate. I'll be a repeat customer!

The window cleaner came a bit early and started quickly. The cleaning process was the same as in previous visits. He appeared to do a thorough job and I was happy. The chap who did the cleaning was professional and very pleasant. I noticed some streaking on a window the following day, and Mr Sparkle came by the next day and rectified the issue quickly. Definitely a company that cares about the satisfaction of its customers.
