The plumber they sent was great but they tacked on an extra $90 for "supplies" and dispatch, IN ADDITION to the actual parts... which they listed as boot covers, and masks. They didn't use boot covers and it's ridiculous to charge $45 for masks. They also didn't make me aware of these charges before and when I asked them about the charges, they just ignored me. Although I'm happy with the plumber, I would not recommend them or use them again, as it's obvious they are just padding on these charges.

We were really impressed with how quickly Drain Pro was able to respond to our problem with sluggish drainage. The serviceman was very professional, well-mannered and helpful. After running a camera and auger in our outflow pipes he suggested some possible solutions and we requested an estimate to improve the flow of storm water. The drainage is still slow but we think that the proposed repairs will work. Unfortunately, we did not receive an estimate but it was probably because it has been such an exceptionally busy year for all of the drain companies.
