When I got the quote, I admit that I was skeptical, Usually what sounds too good to be true usually is just that, However Raj came through, and brought quality cupboards in a very quick turn around time, and the price was the best quote we got anywhere. I will gladly recommend this company to ANYONE, and EVERYONE.

I will be writing a review which will take a lot of time about my experience with London bath and flooring. The owner, Raj uses installers from the Toronto area. I paid them to install a new quartz kitchen counter top. An individual showed up at my house to do the measurements. He was not particularly friendly and was not engaging with me the… customer. The first thing I showed him was new kitchen sink I had purchased. It was on the floor right in front of him. He was constantly taking phone calls and seemed very distracted. I talked to him about rounding the corners on the island piece

I ordered a vanity from here and was told (on multiple occasions in person, and on the phone) that my vanity would be in by a certain date - 3 weeks later. I had confirmed the date (again) in person 4 days before the vanity was to come in and I had booked my contractor to come in on that date to pick up the vanity at the store and install it for me. I was VERY displeased to find out from my contractor that when he called to ask about pickup time the response was "your vanity isn't booked to come in until next week", despite my multiple confirmations. SO I was left without a sink for a week and

I came in to look for a new bathroom vanity for our house reno, was by myself with a newborn and a busy 3 year old. There was a small selection and staff helpful enough but when I specifically asked about their return policy on the piece I selected, I was told I could return it, no mention was made of a restocking or administrative charge.… Unfortunately the vanity had a shelf in the back that I didn't realize would interfere with existing plumbing requiring added costs so we attempted a return only to be told that we would lose close to $100 to do so. I was told since I signed the receipt
