Plumbing issues. Over the last few weeks we experienced a drain back up which completely destroyed the contents, carpet and drywall in our finished basement. We were completely overwhelmed and in over our head. Not knowing what to do after we cleaned, removed and tore up everything we contacted about 8 plumbing companies to get an idea on what happened and what to do to avoid future problems. After spending over a week getting quotes and having many discussions with so many companies, Plumbers Direct came on top. What I mean is from the very first phone call with Peter to my last interaction

I had leaky faucets in the bathtub and in the sink. I am happy with the quality of service prodived. Professional and punctual staff. I wish the price were a little more affordable, though.

I have to say that I was very pleased with their service.
1) called number and it was immediately answered.
2) had to change time and they were very accommodating.
3) guys who came over give you a price upfront, no hidden fees. There is a $59 service fee for any call.
4) had parts on hand, fixed and cleaned the space before leaving.
5) same day service too, which is very rare these days. I will definitely be calling them for future needs that arise.

Plumbers Direct was very responsive to my call. They came quickly and when the faucet was not a right fit, they replaced it with one that was more a bit more expensive but honoured the quote they gave us originally. Very quick and clean service. Will use them again .
