Security Guards

Our licensed security guards provide physical presence and deterrence for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Trained in conflict resolution, surveillance, and emergency response, they ensure safety through proactive monitoring and access control. Clients benefit from customized staffing solutions tailored to their specific risk profiles and operational needs.

Fire Watch

Fire watch services protect properties with non-functional suppression systems through trained personnel who monitor for fire hazards. Officers conduct patrols, document risks, and coordinate emergency responses while adhering to provincial fire codes. This service ensures compliance with insurance requirements and minimizes property damage risks during system outages.

Mobile Patrol

Mobile patrols cover large areas using marked vehicles equipped with GPS tracking and amber lights. Officers inspect premises, respond to alarms, and provide visible deterrence across construction sites, retail centers, and industrial parks. This cost-effective solution offers flexible scheduling and real-time incident reporting for enhanced security coverage.

Video Surveillance

Real-time video surveillance combines advanced CCTV technology with live monitoring to prevent intrusions and gather evidence. Systems include remote access, two-way audio communication, and integration with traditional security measures. This service provides 24/7 property oversight while reducing reliance on static guards through intelligent monitoring solutions.

Emergency Response

Our 24/7 emergency response team handles urgent security incidents including alarm activations, workplace hazards, and natural disasters. Officers arrive within hours to secure scenes, coordinate with authorities, and provide investigative support. This service ensures rapid intervention for properties across Greater Vancouver through strategically located patrol units.

Critical:Quality
I dont think they have any experienced security guards. In fact there is one at near Brij Mohans office which I visit regularly and he is always driving around in his car and never thinks out of it. Its very disappointing to see junkies and homeless people wandering around in their presence.
