I called about a door lock that I thought was broken. Alex patiently went through lock fixing options with me over the phone. They had Russel come over quickly when I was locked out of the house. He helped me realize the lock wasnt actually broken, I just didnt know how to use it. He was very nice and thorough with his explanations. Thank you!!!!

Just good old fashioned, trustworthy nice people who know what they're doing and do it well at a fair price. We've used them on and off for as long as I can remember. Walked in the other day to get a 65 cent key ring and they didn't even bother charging for it. It wasn't about saving money it was just about being open handed and open hearted that reminded me how much I like these folks.

Called Silverline this morning to see about getting our locks rekeyed. They set up a same day appointment, and Stu was prompt, polite, and walked me through all my options for dealing with the locks in our older home. He also made several adjustments to the doors which had been driving us nuts. Would absolutely call them again!
