Had an issue with an older model heater recently. Arrangements for a repair were made promptly by the office and sent a knowledgeable technician who took the time to answer all my questions. Will definitely call them again uf needed.

Late yesterday afternoon (Halloween) I noticed water leaking through the ceiling in my finished basement. I recently had the ducts cleaned by Brooks and it looked like the leak might be coming from a ceiling duct. I shut off the main water supply and then called Brooks' emergency number. It was immediately answered. I explained the problem and was told someone would call. About 10 minutes later service tech "Mike" called me. Said he would come by to assess the problem. A half hour later Mike arrived. He found the problem, a leaking shut-off valve that was dry-walled over so it wasn't visible or

Very happy with the new hot water tank that was installed by Brooks Heating and Air. Prompt service and the technicians that came to install it were very professional. He even checked my furnace filter ( they installed the furnace in 2017)to make sure it was still good, and advised me that I needed to get carbon monoxide detectors. Its the attention to details that makes Brooks Heating and Air stand out. thanks again, for your great service. I will be calling you when it's time for a new AC unit

We have been customers of Brooks Heating and Air for years, and they came through as always when we needed our air conditioner replaced. In less than 48 hours from our initial call, we had a new AC unit installed. Chris came by and answered all of our questions and had the crew come out the next day for the install.
