The heating system had stopped working altogether- we called Glors and they responded very quickly. Mr. Patel and his team prioritized our request and came within a short time to take a look. They detected the problem on the first instance and replaced the faulty part within a day. The heat is up and running without any problem. Very reliable, helpful and customer oriented team. My air conditioner was not working efficiently as it was over 20 years old. I called another company who came into assess and when their sales person came in to provide details of their offerings, they basically just complained about Reliance's work on my furnace and told me that they wouldn't be able to compete with their pricing but their service will be better... didn't give me a good feeling about how they were selling themselves. I found Glors on Google and they came within 15 minutes (I live close to their Mississauga location) and I was able to get my new AC installed the next day. They

Called them yesterday as my husband was out and I discovered water running down my furnace. Glors was very responsive and said a tech would visit within 2 hours and they were very up front about what they thought the issue was and how it could be fixed and the estimate. In 1.5 hours the tech arrived, and was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly, at the price that was quoted over the phone. Any AC or furnace issues in the future they will be our first call, hands down. Highly recommend!!
