Proship were the professionals we needed today! Sent a message to Proship this afternoon @2:21 Pm and they responded it was so fast that i was caught off guard. These guys took my info like pros looked at my request and then responded with common sense and a quote, then told me that they would be at The Brick. These two guys Bilal & Ali were fantastic. My fridge needed to go up the front steps and into my kitchen my entry door was too small cause i decided to buy a different fridge than the one i told Bilal about. Bilal wipped the door off the fridge and got it in the house at break neck speed

Literally the worst consumer experience I have ever had with a company. Despite text documentation of the confirmed booking, this company decided not to show up on our move day, leaving us high and dry and because we have a special needs child that required us to pay for their care while we moved, we are out that money too. Not only that, the manager, Adam, kept giving inconsistent information every time we interacted. I booked their services over a month in advance. I called in with my credit card number to secure my booking immediately. After a couple of weeks, I sent an email and text message

Excellent service! We were really stressed out about our move especially because we had a 3 hour time limit to move in to our new apartment and we were afraid we wouldnt have enough time. But these guys were so quick to load and unload everything they finished unloading our stuff in under an hour. And the movers that helped us were very nice and friendly. Definitely took a heavy weight off of our backs! Thank you so much for your service! Couldnt ask for a better moving company.

Needed a mover at short notice and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Prompt, professional, efficient, and quick. Adam and his crew made this the easiest move I can recall, they were pleasant and treated the furniture carefully. The prices were fair and billing by the quarter hour after the initial hour helped. The move was detailed in the confirmation and they lived up to it. We will be using them again.
