Just want to give a special shout out to Suresh from the warranty team. Very helpful with resolving all the issues we've had to deal with since taking possession. He follows up with the trades and calls/emails to make sure we are satisfied with the fix. Awesome guy!

Really disappointed, we bought a brand new house from parkwood, now not even one year later we have plumbing issues. Once you flush a toilet, it sounds like rocks going down the pipe and it is really noise. Complaint so many times to the warranty department and nobody wants to fix that issue. They just keep telling us that is NORMAL. This is not my first house or apartment, never heard anything like that. Once they sell you that house, right away they forget all about that warranty and issues you have and don't wanna fix it.

Dealing with parkwood was an awesome experience, Karen she is an amazing lady with lots of information and helping attitude, Dustin is incredible interior designer guy who helped us in selecting and making our interior beautiful and construction manger rob is very honest and professional. Please save yourself the trouble, and find another builder. If I could rate no star, I would. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with the treatment from several, yes, several Parkwood employees. And therefore, Parkwood as a whole. We purchased our new stand alone home from Parkwood in 2020. From the moment we received our keys, it has been absolute mayhem. The service we receive is more than horrendous, they do not respond to calls or emails and treat our concerns as petty. From June 2020 to present we still have ongoing non resolved issues with Parkwood. It seems like the only way to get

Such a poor warranty services from parkwood. They told me to fill up the cracks came in window/door trims by myself as it comes under regular maintenance. They didnt put railing on outside main entrance which more than 2feet. Which doesnt even comply with city codes. I recommend not to buy.

I built with Parkwood in 2014. When I went to finish my basement last year, I found out there were structural/foundation issues and parkwood will not help me. Most companys have a 10 year warranty on something like this. Not parkwood. Would never buy one of their houses again. Im so disappointed. Being a single mom at the time I went to finish my basement, I dont have any extra money for this. I also found out proper water proofing was not done for this basement. Just damp proofing. Fail. Do NOT build with them
