We will discuss your motivation for the work, timeline, age and location of the home/office/new build site, scope of work, and if you have gone through the process before. Some clients already have drawings done by themselves, a designer or an architect which they can pass on to us for more information before the site visit.

Small Sanctuary

A refreshing upgrade in our clients master bathroom. A leaking jacuzzi and tub deck were removed and replaced with a free standing bath. The shower was upgraded with wood tile details to match the new wood paneling on the walls. A gorgeous matte wood grained ceramic floor tile was installed with heated flooring for comfort.
Emerald Onyx Kitchen

A kitchen renovation where entertaining guests was key. The typical separate 1980's style kitchen/dining room was transformed into one space to create room to gather. Bold, artistic choices create a conversation. A local glass artist created an eye popping piece that is backlit for display. Colourful green and rust prima stone onyx backsplash flows through the kitchen.

Quadrant has built solid relationships with the best subcontractors in Edmonton and the whole team is always knowledgeable and courteous to work with, bringing their expertise to each and every job. Realistic budgets allow the client to actually plan properly for their renovation and projected costs making the whole streamlined process much more enjoyable

OMG I love Rob. He's the carpenter and he’s here today replacing the windows. I forgot how much we loved having him work on our house. He's so polite!!!!
Now he's washing my windows on the inside and out. Can I keep him? SERIOUSLY??? He says he doesn’t typically do this and he is going above and beyond.
