I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company and the amazing work that Phil, Junior and Louis did for us on our moving day. They were hard working, very careful and considerate with our belongings and they were all very friendly and made our moving day fun and stress free. The whole process from booking until the last peice of furniture was off the truck was a breeze. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for an amazing moving experience.

Id avoid if possible. They got the job done but the service was bad. Masks were worn inconsistently, even though there was clear signage that our condo requires it. They also insisted on using their own tape even though wed purchased 6 rolls for their use (they then tried to charge us for it on the invoice). They also tried to charge us a credit card processing fee when we were paying in cash. The company says they use runners to protect floors, this was not the case and we now have the scuffs to prove it all over our hallway.

I can't say enough about this company and it's crew. Already under a lot of stress due to moving in the middle of COVID19, these movers made the day incredibly easy. Came before their allotted time (I enjoy people being on time so I was very happy). Junior (the lead) inspected my home to get an idea of how to best coordinate the move with his 2 other great staff. I literally blinked and my 3 bedroom detached home was on a truck. There was nothing I had to worry about that day the move was all under control and in the hands of the movers. Then when we reached my new home all they needed from me

Five Star Movers went above and beyond. We did a major move (moved a family of 4 to a different city ) and they made the transition as smooth as it couldve gone. They were incredibly accommodating and patient leading up to the move and definitely came through on moving day. Clear communication and remained calm amongst the chaos. I would absolutely use them again (although I hope we never have to move again ) and HIGHLY recommend them.
