Second home Denis Apchin designed and built for us. The end result in both cases was a home we were extremely pleased with which exceeded our expectations.
Understanding, respectful, creative, flexible and unflappable are traits he possesses which had us in a comfortable place throughout construction.

Denis is a amazing architect. He has designed our last two houses and we are extremely impressed with both finished designs. He has a fantastic team that are easy to deal with and when we needed to make any changes he always came up with great ideas. He is professional, so creative and listens to what your needs are. We would highly recommend Apchin Design and will differently use Denis again. Thanks Denis for helping us with the design of our homes which we love.

I have had the opportunity to capture photographs of Denis' projects for over a decade. Denis is wonderful to work with, very professional and a brilliant designer. We photograph a lot of luxury properties all over the world and I have often said that when it comes to my own future dream home, I would hope that Denis would be the one to design it. I love his work!
