The day came alot sooner than expected to use these services, however I was just as impressed with the fast and efficient service. Operator Daryl went above and beyond to make sure my septic system was running properly as well as explaining to me what it was that he was doing, why he was doing it and how the system is supposed to work. Will continue to use this company in the future. Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience!

I will give Dagwood a 5 star for their customer service. Called around for quotes from some local companies. Dagwood gave us some insight on what to expect for pricing. Unfortunately they couldn't compete with our current septic service company (due to how far we are north of Onoway AB) they did give us a few other companies to try and what to expect for fair pricing. And that is valuable information. I will recommend Dagwood to any and all folks near the Spruce Grove Stony Plain area. Fantastic customer service.

Excellent service from this company. I just bought an acreage and have found a lot of little issues the previous owners neglected despite saying they had maintained. One of those issues as it turns out was the septic tank which I found out one morning when my basement had filled with water! Dagwoods was able to come out to drain the septic tank quickly (it was so full that probably the previous owners may have never drained it!) They were so friendly and helpful, and even told me a few options for replacing the tank lids that are starting to crumble. Despite the fact that this tank was ridiculously
