Services
Septic Tank Cleaning
Our septic tank cleaning service removes accumulated solids and liquids to prevent system failures. Using high-capacity vacuum trucks, we ensure thorough waste removal while inspecting for cracks, leaks, or mechanical issues. Regular maintenance extends system lifespan and prevents costly backups for residential and commercial properties.
Holding Tank Services
We specialize in holding tank waste removal for properties where septic fields aren't feasible. Our large-capacity trucks handle frequent pumping needs, preventing overflows and ensuring compliance with local regulations. We service commercial facilities and residences with alarm-equipped tanks requiring scheduled maintenance.
Car Wash Sump Cleaning
Our car wash sump cleaning prevents sediment buildup in drainage systems. Using jet-cleaning technology, we remove grit, chemicals, and hydrocarbons from wells and catch basins. This service maintains proper drainage, avoids hazardous material accumulation, and ensures environmental compliance for automotive businesses.
Commercial Sump Services
We maintain commercial sump systems with vacuum and high-pressure cleaning units. Our team handles floor-mounted and submersible pumps, removing debris from storm drains and sanitary sewers. Emergency services address flooding issues while ensuring hazardous waste disposal meets regulatory standards.
Emergency Repairs
Our 24-hour emergency response addresses septic backups, frozen systems, and pump failures. Technicians repair floats, unthaw lines, and restore functionality to prevent property damage. We prioritize rapid response times for residential and commercial clients across the Edmonton region.

Our sewer backed up late Sunday night and I called Magnan first thing in the morning and Martin troubleshooted with me on the phone to figure out the problem so he knew what to bring with him he would have came right away but I had to take the kids to school so he came at noon. Then when he needed the assistance of his big truck he POSTPONED/RESCHEDULED another waste vac job that wasnt urgent. Like who does that?! Amazing Service and happy to get the clog unplugged and a new float installed. Super genuine guy and owner. Support local. Thank you Martin and team! And thank you to his other customer

I am very happy with the service provided by Magnan and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their septic tanks cleaned. I called Magnan and they patched me through to Martin who was responsive and very pleasant to deal with. When Dave came to clean the septic tanks he was very professional and answered any questions I had. Not only was the service great, the price was very reasonable.

Was referred to Martin by my neighbour as they have a similar system. Very quick phone response, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was super knowledgeable and in fact fixed something that I was positive needed replacing. Price was lower than expected by a big degree. Martin had lots of advice how to prevent a similar situation in the future. 5 stars would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Thanks Marty!
