Rug Cleaning
Our deep-cleaning process removes embedded dirt, allergens, and pet odors using eco-friendly compounds. Rugs dry instantly with no chemical residues, preserving fibers while restoring vibrancy. Ideal for wool, silk, and synthetic materials, this service extends rug lifespan while maintaining indoor air quality for homes and businesses across Vancouver Island.
Repair & Edge Binding
Specialist technicians perform hand-repair of moth damage, tears, and frayed edges. We reinforce bindings and replace worn sections using matching materials. This preserves antique and heirloom rugs' structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic value, ensuring decades of continued use for residential clients.
DIY Carpet Cleaner Rental
Rent industry-grade dry-extraction equipment for wall-to-wall carpets and area rugs. Our system uses non-toxic cleaning compounds safe for pets and children. Includes instructional support and 12-pound lightweight units for easy handling, saving customers up to 90% versus professional services.
Pet Odor Control
Targeted treatment removes pet urine, feces, and dander using enzymatic cleaners. The process eliminates odor sources rather than masking smells, with antimicrobial protection to prevent future issues. Works on both synthetic and natural fiber rugs without damaging materials or colors.
Pickup/Delivery
Free transportation for rug cleaning orders across Vancouver Island. Technicians unload rugs from vehicles and return them securely packaged. Available for both residential and commercial clients, reducing physical handling requirements while ensuring safe, timely service completion.

Knowledgeable and professional. If you have a quality rug, this is the place you want to have it cleaned. I was cautious about having my oriental rugs cleaned by other advertised rug cleaners. Dusty knows his stuff. He specializes in oriental rugs. My rug looks great and I received it well within the two weeks I was quoted. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I won't hesitate to bring my other orientals here to be cleaned. Dusty also told me that they will pick up and deliver rugs too large to transport myself.

Dusty went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the cleaning of our many rugs. We had just finished house training our puppy so it was a big job. Dustys work outdid our puppys sensitive nose and we had no more confusion from the pup.
