Very friendly and obviously experienced installers. They listened to every concern i had and gave me solutions. They worked hard and the finished floor looks so amazing. The grout line are very thin and look great. The tiles are great quality and look very even / flush. In the planning stage, Bigelow salesperson was very helpful with picking out tile/grout options to achieve the look we were hoping for. I would strongly recommend their services and expertise.

From start to finish, Bigelow Flooring exceeded our expectations. Their showroom staff and Ryan M. who visited our home for measuring were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpet was installed by Reda and he was both very skilled and friendly. Would strongly recommend.

My experience with Bigelow Flooring was an absolute pleasure. Service representatives and installers worked out of their way to accommodate all requests to find the perfect flooring designs for our house and work around our schedule to get it installed. Will definitely be returning back to Bigelows for all my flooring needs in the future.
