I used their services to clean the house and they were expensive for the type of work that they did. Waited for there to be a follow up call to see if they'd check in on the service and we didn't receive it so thought I'd write a review instead - could've been a cleaner, more professional job for what we paid.

My first experience with the Rapid Home Service team was simply excellent. Led by Fernando, the team was punctual, very polite and extremely thorough leaving no surface untouched. Down to earth people who displayed the utmost kindness and professionalism. Fernando conducted a post-cleaning walk through with me and quickly attended to the very few, small overlooked details - no questions asked - just complete responsiveness which is a testament to their commitment in providing excellent customer service. I will definitely book the team for regular maintenance. Without a doubt - I fully recommend

We used them once for our move in 2015 and then again for another move in 2020.. Both times were move in cleaning. 2015 experience was decent, we were quoted 4 hours for our move in cleaning and it ended up being 6 hours but they didn't charge us extra and they did a pretty good job. 2020 job was less than spectacular. They stayed on time but many parts of our new house were still dusty or sticky and inside cabinets were still dirty even though we requested it to be cleaned. I ended up cleaning for another 4 hours after the team of 3 left. Seriously disappointed, never again.
