Sustainable Design
Our sustainable design services focus on energy efficiency and eco-friendly practices, including Insulated Concrete Forms, passive solar strategies, and BuiltGreen-certified systems. This approach ensures long-term cost savings and healthier living spaces aligned with modern sustainability standards.
Additions & Renovations
We specialize in transforming existing spaces through functional, aesthetically cohesive additions and renovations. By assessing structural integrity and zoning requirements, we design upgrades that enhance usability and value. Our team ensures seamless integration with original architecture, using 3D modeling to visualize changes and maintain compliance with municipal regulations for a stress-free renovation experience.
3D Modeling
K B Design employs advanced 3D modeling to provide immersive design previews, allowing clients to explore spatial layouts and material choices before construction. This technology facilitates real-time adjustments, ensuring alignment with client vision and reducing costly revisions. It also streamlines communication with builders and municipalities, expediting approvals and maintaining project accuracy.
Site Analysis
Our site analysis service evaluates topography, solar orientation, and zoning laws to optimize home placement and design. We assess environmental factors to create site-specific solutions that enhance natural features while addressing regulatory requirements.
