What home design options do you offer?
We provide custom post-and-beam designs ranging from 600 sq ft cabins to 4,358 sq ft luxury homes. Options include modern, farmhouse, and cabin styles with customizable layouts for specific sites.
Do you build homes or just provide materials?
We offer three build options: material packages only, partial construction to drywall stage with warranty, or complete turnkey solutions. Our Linwood Construction team handles projects across British Columbia.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast, Shuswap, and Okanagan regions. Our prefabrication capabilities allow us to support projects in remote locations with challenging access.
What warranties do your homes include?
All homes include our 30-year structural warranty, with additional manufacturer warranties on components. This comprehensive coverage applies to both material-only purchases and complete construction projects.
Can you help with owner-builder projects?
