We have been focused on GREEN solutions since 1986, bringing over three decades of horticultural industry and small business ownership experience to every project. Our team consists of landscape and horticultural trades professionals, consultants and educators dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable horticultural, workforce development and business solutions. We serve a diverse client base that includes government and trade associations, landscape and horticultural contractors and architects, municipalities, institutions and property owners. With over 14 years of proven workforce development success, we design and implement strategic solutions that advance the trades and enhance public trust. Our expertise has been demonstrated through the restoration of a municipal conservatory in a northern Ontario community, where we provided staff training and shaped the future vision of parks and asset expansion. We take pride in our contributions to the development of the first and second editions of the Canadian Landscape Standard, produced by the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association and the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects.
We have helped create and deliver industryrecognized training and certification programs such as LHCP, Fusion, WSIP and others. For the past seven years we have developed and delivered a progressive horticultural skills training program for women in the federal corrections system, supporting their reintegration into the community. A principal of our firm has collaborated with Landscape Ontario for over 14 years in education and workforce development, contributing to initiatives like the Fusion, WSIP, Apprenticeship Group Sponsorship and GROW programs. Through this partnership we have assisted in accessing over ten million dollars of grants since 2020 to elevate the stature of the landscape/horticulture industry and support member companies and their employees.
