I contacted Mountainview to get a quote for landscape work I would like done on my property. I know of a few former employees that had nothing but good things to say, unfortunately the person that is responding to emails does not have very good business sense.
"Also, before we get too far, do you have a budget in mind for this project? Were not the cheapest company around, so I just want to make sure were on the same page"
That was part of the response I received; this is not how you communicate with potential clients. Prior to this, I was asked what kind of stone I would like for the work

They did the snow plowing and salting of the parking lot and side walks at our condo building. Excellent job done by this company. Went over and above for us.

Well I called for information about getting some topsoil and the price but only got a voicemail message, so I left my message and they never got back to me. A week later and still no call back so I went somewhere else. This is the second time I tried to get them to do some work for me and recieved no call back. So in my opinion the next time I need someone to do some work I will skip calling them and go straight to someone else that answers the phone and will do the work on the first call.

Installed a pad for sheds, looks terrible. Tried to fix and made it worse. They didn't care enough to make it right just wanted to be paid. I was contacted and they did come back out and repaired the pad again. Looks much better.

The crew showed up today and accomplished more in one day than I could in a whole season. Everything looks great. Our yard has never looked this good.
