Amateur hour. Technician never showed up for scheduled appointment. 4 phone calls to their answering service were never returned. Unprofessional joke. Zero customer care. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

We have used Terminex for three years to spray for ants on our property. The first year was amazing - the technician did a fabulous job - we did not see an ant for the rest of the year. The second year was just ok - we had to have the technician (a different person) come back a few times. This year is by far the worst year. He has already been back… and it didn’t make a difference. It was a waste of money. We will be calling another pest control company for next year. I’m not sure if they have changed their product/what they use. But we could have saved a lot of money this year

Worst customer service ever. Never return calls despite promising they will. Only invoice in time. Otherwise you’re on your own. Run away! Don’t walk!

Despite very friendly customer service from telephone Customer Service representatives, I am most disappointed with the actual service (or lack thereof). I have been attempting to have Terminix rodent traps removed from my property for two months without success. The initial insect spray hasn't been effective and although the service was guaranteed for 90 days and I have called and emailed numerous times, further service has not been provided. I'm very sorry to have to leave this review.
