There are positive and negative reviews. This is definitely a negative review. Pandemics and flooding aside, there is no excuse for our salesperson's, Anne, at Norburn Lighting for treating us with such disrespect by not keeping us abreast of the truth in where and when our shipment for recessed lights trims were arriving. We purchased four housings in early October and had them installed in our new kitchen ceiling. Two trims were not available however we were told they were on order from Toronto. Long story short, we had no customer service from Anne, she would not return our calls as to where

We recently purchased a home and did fairly significant renovations. As we were doing this, we wanted to upgrade the lighting to refresh the look. We came to Norburn Lighting after visiting a couple of other stores. One of the things that motivated us to look to Norburn was that the other stores did not provide much help in making recommendations.

Allison helped me pick out the perfect chandelier at a price I could afford for a rental apartment. Many years back I used Norburn Lighting for a complete reno and loved everything about the product and the experience. To this day I still have some of the same fixtures. 5 stars from me!
