No issues with the price or the concrete aspect of the job(create an opening in the attached garage for a basement apartment). The installation of the door in the opening was amateur at best, actually used one of the concrete framing boards(concrete still attached) as part of the framing for the door. The landing at above the basement entrance was removed and to be replaced as per plans, measurements were inaccurate, wrong materials used and had to be corrected. There were issues with the municipality for the inspections also. Adam is a nice person but he needs to work on his professionalism and

I spoke with Adam on 4 different occasions to assess a foundation. Each time he set a time to come and NEVER showed. He called once to change appt. This happened over a 3 week period and nothing has happened. He wouldn't even respond to an email to let me know he isn't interested in work. Really poor service for a local business that family started to be reputable!
